Section 90. Informal conference

2 AAC 36.090. Informal conference

A request by an appellant for an informal conference with the division under 2 AAC 36.080(3) of this section will not delay the scheduling of the appeal before the board. After receiving a request for an informal conference, the division must convene an informal conference in the office of the division, or at another location or by another means (such as by telephone) that is convenient for the appellant and the division. If the informal conference resolves the issues being appealed, the division shall notify the board and the appellant may withdraw the appeal.
