Section 210. Voluntary contributions

2 AAC 35.210. Voluntary contributions

An employee may elect to make voluntary contributions to the employee savings account under AS 39.35.180 , or may suspend or change the amount of voluntary contribution at the beginning of a payroll period. The employee shall give the administrator 30 days' notice of the election, suspension, or change of voluntary contribution.
