Title 20 . Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions
Chapter 30 . Mental Health Trust Authority
Section 515. General eligibility

20 AAC 30.515. General eligibility

(a) Only a school or school district in the state may apply to the council for an artists in schools grant. The provisions of this subsection do not prohibit a local arts council or another group, such as a parent-teacher association, from providing financial assistance for or otherwise supporting an artists in schools residency.

(b) An artist who demonstrates professional excellence may apply to the council to be included in the artists in schools talent bank. Inclusion of the name of the artist in the artists in schools talent bank does not guarantee the artist will be selected for a residency under the artists in schools program.
